These pies are approximately 5 inches x 4 inches with a over a heaping 1/2 cup of our signature mix inside!
 
Our Vegan triangles have the same delicious greens, containing over a cup of fresh onion, leeks, dill and spinach that we cook down with some spices before wrapping in delicate phyllo dough. 
 
We dont use any butter, just olive oil between the thin layers of phyllo which provides the same complex flavor but much lighter and cleaner. We immediately freeze our triangles after wrapping to ensure freshness!
