This is our creative ham and cheddar spanakopita! This triangle has our same delicious mix with chopped ham and cheddar cheese mixed in!
 
Each triangle has over one cup of our signature mix that has fresh onion, leeks, dill and spinach sauteed and seasoned. We then mix in the perfect ratio of crumbled fetsa and few farm fresh eggs before adding chopped ham and cheddar cheese. Lastly we wrap in phyllo dough and bake to perfection!
 
These pies are approximately 5 inches x 4 inches with a over a heaping 1/2 cup of our signature mix inside!
 
 We dont use any butter, just olive oil between the thin layers of phyllo which provides the same complex flavor but much lighter and cleaner. We immediately freeze our triangles after wrapping to ensure freshness!
