This is our most popular variety as it is our traditional family recipe that is refined to bring you a taste of Greece, while also being a healthier version. 
 
We don't use any butter, just olive oil between the thin layers of phyllo which provides the same complex flavor but much lighter and cleaner.
 
Our Classic has Spinach, fresh onion, leeks and dill sauteed to perfection with some spices, mixed with the perfect ratio of crumbled feta and a few farm fresh eggs. We then either bakle to perfection or immediately freeze our triangles after wrapping to ensure freshness!
